The opening paragraph is not too academic, but that doesn't matter too much in the context of assignment instructions ;) It's a good historical introduction to the subject matter and it shows you've done some extra research and investigation, although your references could be more expansive. You also encapsulate the whole philosophy and goal of Zotter chocolate very well. The idea of regional chocolate for the Czech Republic is original and shows some good innovative thinking that picks up on some of the ideas used by Zotter, but it's still quite a vague idea and could have been strengthened with some extra details. The idea about branding a chocolate to a regional image, like dark chocolate to represent the black coal of the Ostrava region, but where exactly would your chocolate factory be based and who would benefit from the jobs? Would you have individual regional factories or one based, inevitably, in Prague? What local products could be used in the chocolate mix that could support a local economy? Does each region have some typical food product that could used in its chocolate flavour apart from grapes from Moravia, plums from Zlin and blueberries from the Giant Mountains? The symbol of the Ore Mountains, for example, is the rowanberry; many people think this is poisonous, but it's not if it's prepared correctly, and I bet there's no-one else in the world making rowanberry chocolate ;) And in relation to price, often highly marketed brands are really attractive to Czechs, or at least they use to be. Everyone here used to love buying Gucci and Versace etc, so maybe a really high quality high-priced product that Czechs would be proud to call their own would be a big success...

Anyway, your article is very well written and the English is generally very good. More references and more detail would have been useful, but your use of the wiki and uploading photos is commendable. I appreciate how you've made good use of the information from the Zotter visit.
