The partnership had what can be referred to as “passive” and “active” strategies for disseminating information about the project (this description is defined in Chapter 5, this publication). Passive strategies refer to broad dissemination to target groups to raise awareness of and interest in the project and we are waiting for interested parties to contact us: this chapter will address this strategy briefly by discussing the VCSE newsletter, and will then focus on the active strategy.
