I'm sure you could think of lots of other advantages and disadvantages of biodisel, but another one that made a big impact on me was its unsuitability for use during the winter months because it become more viscous than conventional diesel in freezing temperatures and therefore it's more suitable for use in warmer climates than in Central Europe ;)
