It was interesting to engage in the problem of a ‘dying city’ and hear about the various strategies to fight its ‘disease’. We consider the social-psychological dimension of the problem as probably the most difficult one. Convincing old people to leave their homes and resettle and attract youth to stay in the city must be a long and painful process. However, as this has been quite successful so far, we believe that the future of the city is promising.
