First draft of the case study
Very well developed study of numerous aspects of the shopping centres' construction. The available resources have been studied carefully and the outline of the information contains important principles.
I suggest that you concentrate on the "lesson learned" from your case study and try to show interesting experience that could be shared. The study might be introduced by short description of Prague, its beauties. Then, you could outline these aspects (many of them you have already described): globalization trends (that push the development plans); local conditions (that enable non-regulated growth), and consequences (in the social, environmental, cultural etc. sphere). You might finish that even the original purpose - economic benefit - has not been reached in many cases, at least in long term. Is there anything else that is specific for situation in Prague? What to do with "dead" buildings?
You could restructure your text and/or shorten it - feel free to continue what you consider the best way! But do not extend it too much - it is not an analytical study! You need to "polish" it also formally (citations), so do not undertake more work than really needed...
