In this course, we hone our ability to start a research process. In this stage you have to specify your interest so that you are able to focus your efforts from the very beginning: focus your readings and work with relevant resources etc. as efficiently as possible on your research topic!
Steps in formulating the question:
1. Why I should write about the topic? For whom?
2. Potential questions: What, Why, When, Where, Who, How, How much, Should something improve, Under which conditions?
3. Selecting the question
4. Narrowing
5. Refining via preliminary research
