Summary and annotation describe most important points of the resource and give a comprehensive overview of the topic. They concentrate on the essence of it, not the list of topics covered.
Scale for evaluation - points:
- 0 - unsufficiently comprehensive
- 1 - gives an overview but some important points missing
- 2 - fully comprehensive
